The mission of Brick Mill Elementary School is to develop creative, motivated, and knowledgeable problem solvers by finding and nurturing the gifts and talents of each student in a safe and caring environment.

Brick Mill Elementary is committed to achieving the following goals as set forth by the Appoquinimink School District:

1. Implementation of a rigorous curriculum to meet state standards.
2. Implementation of a technology plan which addresses student learning, staff development, and data management.
3. To provide a safe, orderly teaching and learning environment.
4. To implement an accountability plan based on academic achievement.
5. To develop a community partnership that promotes a positive relationship focused on learning.
